Each pixel links to a streaming profile or promotional URL provided by the user. The platform is designed for streamers to visually promote their content in a creative and competitive leaderboard environment.
2. Eligibility
To use the Site, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain parental or guardian consent. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Pixel Purchases
- All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
- Pixel placement is subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove or refuse any pixel content that we find to be misleading, harmful, inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of applicable law or these Terms.
- Users may not resell or transfer pixel spaces without prior written consent from StreamTheGrid.
- StreamTheGrid reserves the right to adjust the pixel grid layout or remove the service at any time, with or without notice.
4. Payment Processing and International Transfer Fees
All payments made through StreamTheGrid are securely processed via third-party providers such as Stripe and PayPal. While we do not charge any additional fees beyond the advertised price, please note the following:
- Stripe fees are charged to us (the seller) and are already factored into our pricing.
- However, your card-issuing bank or financial institution may apply international transaction fees or currency conversion charges based on their policies, especially if you are purchasing from outside our operating country.
- These bank-imposed charges are not controlled by StreamTheGrid or Stripe and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- We highly recommend that international customers check with their banks regarding potential fees before completing their purchase.
- If you prefer to avoid such fees, we advise using alternative payment methods (e.g., PayPal or region-specific options) that may offer better terms.
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any such third-party charges.
5. Account Registration and Conduct
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- You agree not to impersonate others or submit false information.
- Content linked to pixels must not contain or promote hate speech, violence, pornography, scams, intellectual property infringement, or other illegal activities.
- StreamTheGrid is not responsible for the content of third-party links.
6. Intellectual Property
- All code, design, text, and graphics on the Site are the intellectual property of StreamTheGrid unless otherwise stated.
- Users retain ownership of logos and branding they upload but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display them on the Site.
